AI and Automation Disclosure

Effective date: May 24, 2026  ·  Last updated: May 24, 2026

We want to be honest about how we work. This explains how Webitizer may use AI-assisted tools.

1. How we may use AI internally

Webitizer may use AI-assisted tools to help us work more efficiently, for example to:

  • draft and organize documents and content
  • triage and summarize support requests
  • assist with development and code
  • summarize information for internal review

2. A human stays responsible

Webitizer remains responsible for reviewing and approving the work we deliver. AI tools assist us; they do not make final decisions for us.

  • AI does not make final legal or business decisions.
  • A person at Webitizer reviews work before it affects your account in a meaningful way.
  • Any automation that would have a client-facing effect stays under our control and approval.

3. What we do not do with AI

  • We do not send client passwords, secrets, API keys, or sensitive credentials to AI tools.
  • We do not let AI make billing changes on its own.
  • We do not let AI send client-facing emails on its own.
  • We do not let AI change your live site without our review and approval.

4. Your data and AI

If and when AI tools are used in a way that involves your information, we limit what is shared and follow our Privacy Policy. Before using AI in any way that meaningfully involves real client data, we review the vendor’s data handling and obtain any consent that is required.

5. No AI guarantees

AI-assisted tools do not change our no-guarantee position. We still do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, sales, revenue, or business growth (see No Guarantees and Service Positioning).
