1. Who We Are

Webitizer LLC is a website design, development, and maintenance service for local and service businesses, operated by Chris Romero.

2. What Information We Collect

2.1 Contact Form Submissions

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

  • Full name
  • Business name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • City or service area
  • Business type or industry
  • Website URL (if provided)
  • Services you are interested in
  • Your message or notes
  • Preferred contact method (email or phone)

This information is submitted voluntarily. It is used solely to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether our services are a good fit.

2.2 Client Account Information

When Webitizer creates a client account for a paying client, we may collect and store: email address, business name, primary contact name, plan tier, and site deployment information (such as domain, hosting provider, and deploy status). This data is created as part of service delivery and is not collected through public web forms.

2.3 Analytics and Usage Data

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect non-personally-identifiable usage data, including page views, session duration, traffic source, device type, and general location (country/region). GA4 uses cookies and device identifiers. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details. We also use Google Search Console, which provides aggregated search query data and is not linked to individual visitors.

2.4 Bot Protection Data

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam and bot prevention. Turnstile may process your IP address and browser/device signals to verify that you are a human. This processing is handled by Cloudflare under their own privacy policy. We do not store Turnstile verification data.

2.5 Payment Data

Payment processing is handled through Stripe. Credit card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — they are never stored on Webitizer servers. We may store billing name, last-4 digits of your card, payment status, and invoice amounts. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy for their data handling practices.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Respond to contact form inquiries and evaluate service requests
  • Provide website design, development, and maintenance services to clients
  • Manage client accounts and communicate about project status
  • Send service-related emails (not marketing without your consent)
  • Analyze website performance to improve our site and services
  • Prevent spam and fraudulent form submissions
  • Comply with legal obligations if required

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
