How our automation works — in plain language.
Webitizer runs on tools Chris built for his own business first, so owners don't have to spend hours on a website or learn anything technical. Below is each one: what it does, how fast it is, what a person checks, and the live number behind it. Where a tool isn't ready for clients yet, we say so.
1.Website changes — the request pipeline

- What it does
- You send a message from your portal. The automation reads it, prepares the change on a copy of your site, and stages a preview for you.
- How fast
- Median 20 minutes from message to live across 57 requests since June 2026. The slowest tenth took longer — usually because they waited on someone's approval overnight, which is exactly how it should work.
- What a person checks
- Every draft is reviewed. By default you approve the preview. Automated checks block anything touching billing, logins, or security no matter what the request says.
2.Articles and search content

- We research what your customers actually search for, then AI drafts an article and a person edits, fact-checks, and publishes it.

- Research to draft in an afternoon; a person still spends the time that editing takes.

3.Lead research and demo sites

4.Email deliverability

- Before we send a single cold email, we warm the sending domain the slow way and watch where every message lands.

5.Security, backups, uptime

What AI never does here
It never changes your live site by itself. It never handles your passwords, keys, or billing. It never emails your customers. It never decides what's published — a person, or your own approval, does.
