Order Form and Plan Summary

At checkout, your order records your legal name, business name, and email; the plan you select; the setup fee and monthly fee for that plan; your hosting choice (Webitizer-managed or client-owned); the agreement version you accept; and the date.

Every paid plan has a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee. No plan is one-time-only.

• Out-of-scope or change-request work is billed at $100/hour (or a flat quote agreed in advance).
• The monthly fee includes Webitizer-managed hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support for your plan.
• Choosing client-owned hosting does not reduce the monthly fee.
• Tier 3 requires a custom written scope. Tier 3 pricing starts at the amounts above and is quoted per project based on the agreed scope.

For: a business that needs a professional, reliable online presence.

Included:

• professional, mobile-friendly website
• contact form (email delivery)
• basic SEO setup (page titles, meta descriptions, structure, indexing readiness)
• Webitizer-managed hosting and maintenance
• simple client portal access
• ongoing support for maintenance-type needs

Not included: database lead storage, advanced analytics dashboards, customer logins, ticketing, custom workflows, or growth guarantees.

For: a business that wants a lead-generation-ready site with more visibility into activity.

Included: everything in Tier 1, plus:

• database-stored leads and a lead inbox
• analytics setup and reporting visibility
• expanded SEO structure
• additional pages/sections per the agreed scope

Not included: full customer-login platform, custom dashboards, ticket systems, or custom backend workflows (those are Tier 3), and no growth guarantees.

For: a business that needs a backend platform: customer logins, dashboards, tickets, and workflows.

Included: everything in Tier 2, plus custom platform features defined in a written scope, which may include:

• customer logins / accounts
• dashboards
• request/ticket systems
• custom workflows and integrations

Tier 3 is always custom-scoped in writing before pricing is confirmed. No growth guarantees.

No plan guarantees rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, sales, revenue, or business growth. Webitizer provides the website and technical foundation; results depend on many factors outside our control.

You pay the one-time setup fee at checkout. Your monthly plan begins after your setup payment is confirmed, on the schedule described in the Payment, Billing, and Subscription Terms.
